Three provinces exist within Bangladesh which are Commenced, Bogra and Dhaka. The governments of these provinces have advised citizens not cross the border into these provinces and not to alter property boundary walls.

A fine of not more than one thousand ticals could be imposed on any person who makes a gift of property or properties to an unauthorized person. Anyone who is found guilty of transferring property or properties to an unapproved person can be sentenced with a fine not over one thousand ticals. The entire procedure to impose this notification is set out in the law of Bangladesh.

These notifications were issued by the Bangladesh notice government due to different reasons. First and foremost, there are many cases of land grabs. Certain people do not follow the law and acquire land without permission. This notification was issued by the Bangladesh government to prevent this. The notice will inform citizens about their rights with respect to property and what to do when handling the property.
